                           What are you listening to? More than you think. Research has shown that words carry less than 10% of
                            a message's meaning. Effective communication demands that we pay attention to the other 90%  -  the non-
                            verbal language.

                           Alfa Leadership is inspired by nature and the silent, but yet powerful communication among animals. Herd  
                           animals, such as wolves and horses are recognized for their strong leadership; clear, consistent communication
                           and a keen awareness of the needs and goals of the group.

                           Wolves have a complex communication system and they are known for their excellent government, which is not
                           entirely autocratic, neither democratic. There are times where both occur and they can teach the lesson of proper
                           governorship – a balance between authority and democracy.
